A new day of growth in the cases of Covid-19 in the province. 88 new positives compared to the data posted yesterday, according to the part of the Ministry of Health and Families this Friday. It confirms that there are currently 24 people admitted, 2 more than yesterday, 5 in the ICU, which incorporates a new patient in the last hours. The figures also reflect 22 new patients.
By municipalities, the highest increase was located in Jaén, with 18 new cases, followed by Segura de la Sierra, that today shows one of the worst figures with 7 new positives. Increase of four people affected both in Alcaudete and Cazorla, and three in Martos, Porcuna, Mancha Real, Andújar and Arjona. 2 new positives are added in the towns of Villacarrillo, Jódar, Arroyo del Ojanco, Guarromán, Bailén, Vva. de la Reina, Marmolejo, Frailes, and Alcalá la Real. Other municipalities such as Castillo de Locubín, Torredelcampo, Montizón, Santisteban del Puerto, Beas de Segura, Santiago Pontones Torreperogil and Úbeda, today increase a new case compared to yesterday. 26 municipalities, therefore, where those affected are increasing in a territory where there are 11 active outbreaks.
