Regardless of their high school, several students went to their establishment to find out their eligibility for the baccalaureate. From 8:30 am, more than sixty were gathered at the Jehan-de-Beauce high school, in Chartres, less in each of the other Eurelian high schools.
The ritual does not change but fades. The students still appreciate meeting up with friends when the results are published. To share their joy, to receive congratulations from their -now- ex-teachers or to gather the latest advice and encouragement for the upcoming remedial session.
However, they had the possibility of consulting the results as well as their notes on the Internet, from their homes, but from the start of the morning, several of them went there.
General decline
In Eure-et-Loir, the success rate for all series combined is 87.3% (down nearly 5 points). In the general track, 2,155 candidates are received at the end of the first group (before resit), i.e. 92% success rate, down 2.9 points compared to 2021. 86.1% of baccalaureate holders in the technological track are admitted on the first try, i.e. a drop of six points.
In the professional series, with a success rate of 77.9%, the number of baccalaureate holders admitted before the catch-ups decreased by seven points.
