Paul Anka 82-year-old singer and composer Paul Anka has put his luxurious mansion up for sale. The new owner will be able to record his own hits in his home studio.
Paul Anka’s real estate is truly elite. The area of the house in the cozy town of Thousand Oaks, 15 miles from Los Angeles, is 715 square meters. m. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a recording studio, a fitness center, a swimming pool nearby, and lush Californian vegetation all around.

“After the divorce (in 2020, Paul separated from his third wife), the house became too big for me,” Anka explained.
