The film has fan shows in all 14 districts of Kerala. The film has 82 shows across Kerala at 4 am on the day of its release, December 5. This was announced by E4 Entertainment, the distributor of the film in Kerala. At the same time, they have stated that this is an initial estimate. The release is still two weeks away. So the final number will be much higher.
The film is directed by Sukumar. The film is produced by Mathri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. It is believed that the antagonist character played by Fahadh will have more importance in the second part. Pushpa 2 has Rashmika Mandana, Jagadish Pratap Bhandari, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Anasuya Bhardwaj, Rao Ramesh, Ajay Ghosh, Dhananjaya etc lined up.
