The shooter was dressed in black from head to toe and wearing a black balaclava, approached the victim on the sidewalk and shot him twice, including at point-blank range in the head.
The video shows with Valerio’s wife staggered back and forth in shock from the scene, while two other women ran out of the car and signaled for help. Then a handful of New York Police Department officers arrived to help the victim who was declared dead at the scene, he reported. New York Post.
A few minutes before, The stranger had passed through the building in another direction, presumably waiting for Valerio to arrive, before turning around when the vehicle stopped.according to the images.
The gunman escaped on his bicycle after the shooting and remains a fugitive from justice to this day.
Officials have not released a motive for the crime.which occurred after the victim and his wife arrived from the party in New Rochelle, Westchester County, according to police sources.
