– There has been a development on the scooter front which means that we have to send a signal that it is not a lawless room, says operations manager Sven Christian Lie to VG.
It is one of the largest inspections the police have had on electric bicycles and electric scooters this year.
Late Monday night, the police in Oslo announced on Twitter that they have held a new check.
– 13 electric scooters and 16 electric bicycles have received simplified fines for driving at a red light.
