Al-Ahsa Municipality said that 8 requirements are required for workers in food handling facilities, to preserve public health.
And the Al-Ahsa Municipality stated, through its Twitter account, that the conditions for workers in food establishments include: the presence of a valid health certificate, the existence of a health education certificate, and the worker is free from infectious diseases.
Likewise, commitment to wearing personal protective equipment, adherence to wearing a clean uniform with the name of the establishment on it, and not wearing personal belongings.
In addition to the requirement not to engage in activities that may contaminate food, such as “eating, drinking, smoking, spitting and blowing your nose,” and adhering to personal hygiene such as “washing hands and trimming nails.”
