According to the management report, the proportion of intensive care beds occupied by Covid 19 patients is 22.7 percent. This means that it has decreased further compared to the previous day (24.1 percent). It is always clearly below the limit of 25 percent for a red signal. On Monday he last moved just above it. Since then, the Berlin corona warning traffic light has shown yellow here and only red once in total.

The day before it was around 61.3. The traffic light would only switch to yellow from a value of 30, and from 20 to green.

The number of reproductions, on the other hand, has been in the green for a long time: the so-called R value, which indicates how many others are infected by an infected person, is currently 0.88, but has worsened compared to the previous day (0.77). Only if it stays well below 1 permanently will the infection rate decrease sustainably.

Across Berlin, 124,719 people have been infected with corona since the pandemic began around a year ago. 115 124 are now considered to have recovered. The number of deaths related to Covid-19 is 2605, 8 more than the day before.
