What you eat can greatly affect many aspects of your health, including your risk of developing chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
Cancer development, in particular, has been shown to be strongly influenced by your diet, but many foods contain beneficial compounds that can help reduce cancer growth and lower your risk of developing this disease.
