Let’s start immediately by seeing the first 3 things that make us wake up very thirsty, linked to bad habits. They are in fact linked to nutrition:

The first cause is very simple to prevent, it would be enough to drink enough water during the day. Nutritionists have always advised us to take at least 2 liters of water per day. Drinking alcohol at dinner in itself is not a problem, if we limit its use. However, if we drink too much or exclusively alcohol we will run into the problem of waking up thirsty. Finally, a room that is too hot makes us sweat and therefore the body will want back the liquids it has lost, let’s avoid therefore to have temperatures too high in the house in winter and we try to keep the well ventilated room in estate.
