Today’s poll shows no change from that from two weeks ago. The results of the provisional municipal elections in Voorne aan Zee are quite in line with the national trend, as can be seen from today’s report.
In this report we take a closer look at electoral rolls. Not only the change of party, but above all the characteristics of the voters who change party.
female voters
It can be seen that voters with a medium or low level of education distance themselves from government parties to a much greater extent than voters with a high level of education.
Among the voters of the government parties al Parliamentary elections 2021 there are clearly more people who indicate that they do not know which party to vote for now than the voters of the other parties at the time.
Newspapers by voter group
If we look at which newspapers voters read, it is striking that the Of Telegraph relatively speaking, it has far more voters now voting YES21, PVV or BBB. The dominant position of the VVD over this journal has clearly disappeared.
It A.D has less significant differences than The Telegraph. The VVD now scores higher with that paper than with The Telegraph.
Bee The Volkskrant we see a strong over-representation of voters voting for PvdA, D66 or GroenLinks. Bee NRC extension we see even more D66 voters than a The Volkskrant and fewer Labor Party voters.
Regional newspapers show more of the national pattern of electoral behavior. Only among the voters of FVD, Volt and GroenLinks do we see relatively few readers of regional newspapers. This will mainly affect young people.
