During August of this year, 788 applications were received directly from the Ministry of Energy and the Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) regarding the protection of consumers’ rights, the supply of electric and thermal energy, natural gas and other issues. The agency told SIA that 708 requests were made, 66 of which were for information related to electricity supply.
A total of 54 requests were made, 4 of which were informational regarding natural gas supply, and 19 requests, of which 1 was for information regarding heat supply. Regarding other issues, 7 applications were sent, 2 of which were for information.
271 of the appeals were investigated and answered by the agency (8 appeals were sent to the relevant institutions for consideration and action), 1 appeal was executed jointly with the Ministry of Energy, 443 appeals are currently in the process of consideration, 33 of the 73 informational appeals were resolved with the resolution of the raised issues. there was a letter of thanks.
