78 new cases of COVID-19 – 0.57% of those tested, 188 were cured





78 are the newly diagnosed persons with COVID-19 in our country for the past 24 hours. This is 0.57% of those tested.

For the last 24 hours, a total of 13,480 tests were performed, of which 2820 were PCR and 10 660 were rapid antigen test. This is shown by the data in the National Information System.

421 829 are the total cases of the new coronavirus, confirmed in our country at the moment. 9111 of them are active. 394,657 are the cured persons. In the last 24 hours 188 of them have been registered.

There are a total of 1481 patients with a proven coronavirus infection hospitalized. 179 of them are in intensive care units and clinics.

The doses of the vaccines against COVID-19, administered in our country so far, are a total of 1,761,277. During the past 24hrs, 13,027 of them have been administered.

According to the National Information System in Bulgaria, coronavirus infection has been found in 13,444 people – medical staff.

The death toll in which coronavirus infection was confirmed was 18,061 – 12 in the last 24 hours.

Most newly infected per day are registered in the capital – 29. In Varna the new cases are 8, and in Stara Zagora – 7. In Burgas the newly infected per day are 6, Vidin – 5, Gabrovo – 1, Kyustendil – 2, Lovech – 1 , Montana – 1, Pernik – 1, Pleven – 1, Plovdiv – 4, Razgrad – 1, Ruse – 1, Sliven – 1, Sofia-region – 5, Haskovo – 1, Shumen – 1, Yambol – 2 newly infected for the day.
