According to a report from “Yahoo Sports” reporter Chris Haynes, the source revealed that the NBA is investigating whether the 76ers have violated the rules of the turn-off star Ben Simmons.
Last Sunday, the 76ers lost to the Nuggets at home and Simmons was missed by the ball for injury. But before that, Simmons was not included in the team’s injury list. Haynes followed up and reported that the 76ers were fined $25,000 by the league for failing to follow the normal process to include Simmons on the injury list.
Before the start of the season, the league issued regulations that clearly indicated the rules for this season’s rotation.
Simmons is the offensive brain of the 76ers. He has averaged 32.7 minutes per game so far this season, surrendering 13.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.2 hot pot data.
