The novelty is called Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 4Matic + and is powered by two electric motors, which provide a combined output of 484 kW and a torque of 950 Nm. These numbers already look impressive, but can be even better.
If the customer pays for the Dynamic Plus package, he gets up to 560 kW and 1020 Nm in Race Start driving mode. In this mode, the 2,655 kilogram limousine accelerates from rest to 100 in 3.4 seconds, four tenths faster than the standard version.
The maximum speed also differs: the default version starts at a maximum of 220 km / h, with the Dynamic Plus package it can handle up to 250 km / h.
The energy is stored in a 400V battery with a capacity of 107.8 kWh, the range is between 526 and 580 km, according to Mercedes. Interesting fact: according to the manufacturer, conventional EQS can handle up to 770 km.
