Accept – The Taliban are on an eerily rapid advance in Afghanistan. In one week, for example, they captured 18 of the 34 provincial capitals. How is it possible that the regular Afghan army is so overrun and that the capital is in danger of falling quickly. They have many times more soldiers and are better armed.
