Bologna, 23 May 2022 – From today, the pre-filled form 730 2022 is available online. It will therefore be possible to access the tax return on the Revenue Agency website for changes and electronic submission. There are, however, rules and news to know. Federico Rizzoli, of the Berti-Rizzoli Associated Accountants Firm in Bologna, explains which are the main ones and answers the most common questions. The goal is to have useful instructions for filling in and to be updated on refunds, deadlines, checks and the possibility of rectification. Summary When should the 730 model be presented? Who can submit 730/2022? Taxpayers who, in 2022, are: pensioners or employees can use the pre-filled or ordinary form 730; who receive compensation in lieu of employment income; members of production and labor cooperatives, service, agricultural and first processing of agricultural products and small peaches; priests; constitutional, parliamentary and other elected public office judges; people engaged in socially useful work; workers with fixed-term contracts for a period of less than one year. These taxpayers can submit the pre-filled 730 directly to the Revenue Agency or they can contact: the withholding agent, if the employment relationship lasts at least from the month of submission of the return to the third party …
