Even on the third day of its release, the box office collection is still dragging at 1.26 crores. Directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, the film was expected to garner huge audience attention, but failed to make significant financial gains. There are indications that the film has been made on a budget of Rs 10 crore. The film collected Rs 35 lakhs on its first day of release. The film collected Rs 44 lakhs on the second day, but the film failed to reach Rs 1 crore in two days as expected by the makers.

The fact that 72 Hoorain topped the list of most awaited films on IMDB with a rating of 29.5 percent also gave confidence to the makers of the film. The film has been produced by Ashok Pandit, Gulab Singh Tanwar, Anirudh Tanwar and Kiran Dagar.
