NEW YORK — The NYPD is searching for the culprit who unprovokedly beat an MTA employee at a Manhattan station.
The attack happened around 8:15 p.m. Sunday at the Hudson Yards station, according to police.
The victim is 70 years old and was on duty at the station when the man came up from behind and began punching her in the face, the NYPD says.
The employee was taken to the Mount Sinai West Station in stable condition with lacerations to her face.
