It is clear to almost everyone that this rarely corresponds to the truth, but such images convey false postnatal pictures to us. Therefore it is important to change this. My guest today, the photographer and book author Marcia Friese, accompanies women in documentary form during childbirth and explains to us why it is so important to bring real puerperium pictures to the public.
