Because in addition to the total decontamination of the property a new building application was also due, massive additional costs were incurred. And of course months of delays.
Cost of 70 million for Roger Federer
Just over a month ago, the authorities announced that the city council “was able to grant approval for the dismantling of the existing boat dock and for the construction of a new boathouse.” But the Uvek appealed against this.
It is still unclear whether Federer will finally be able to move into his dream villa next year. As the “Handelszeitung” writes, the total costs for the project are likely to amount to around 70 million francs.
