There are some healthy foods that must be eaten daily, as they provide the body with all its needs of the nutrients necessary to enjoy good health, according to “eatthis”.
1- Spinach:
A rich source of omega-3 and folate, which helps reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and osteoporosis, in addition to that folic acid also increases blood flow to men’s genitals, which helps protect against age-related sexual problems, and spinach is also full of lutein. It is a compound that fights macular degeneration.
2- Tomatoes:
Filled with more antioxidant lycopene, studies indicate that a diet rich in lycopene can reduce the risk of bladder, lung, prostate, skin and stomach cancer, as well as reduce the risk of coronary artery disease.
3- Carrots:
It contains carotenoids, which are compounds that help reduce the risk of cancer, as well as that carrots help reduce the risk and severity of inflammatory conditions such as asthma and rheumatoid arthritis.
4- berries:
Berries contain antioxidants, and they also help prevent cancer, diabetes and age-related memory changes, plus berries are rich in fiber and vitamins A and C, which promotes cardiovascular health.
5- black beans:
Black beans contain anthocyanins, which are antioxidant compounds that have been shown to improve brain function and boost brain power. They are also low in calories and free of saturated fat.
6- Eye of the Camel:
Rich in heart-healthy omega-3s, as well as anti-inflammatory polyphenols and protein needed to build muscle.
7- Oats:
It is full of soluble fiber, which reduces the risk of heart disease, as well as carbohydrates, which helps provide the body with the necessary energy.
