This means that bacteria that enter the urethra can reach the bladder quickly and easily.
2. Consume cranberries
Consuming cranberry supplements can prevent the risk of infectious diseases. However, cranberry juice does not provide the same effect for vaginal health. Cranberry fruit has high antioxidants, it is able to prevent diseases of the urinary tract.
Cranberries also have vitamins and iron, so they can increase overall body resistance. You can consume cranberries directly or cranberry juice without added sugar.
3. Cleaning intimate organs
Women can clean their intimate organs with soap and water from front to back, then you can dry the vagina with a soft cloth or towel. Do not wear underwear before the vagina is dried, this will actually make germs stick to the underwear area.
