7 Marines benefited from “A Cow for Peace”

For their great contribution to the security of the country, seven professional marines have benefited from the “A Cow for Peace” program in Arjona, Bolívar. This campaign, promoted by the Colombia Livestock Foundation and the Federation of Colombian Cattle Breeders (Fedegán), aims to improve the quality of life of families through the provision of cattle.

The program stands out not only for the delivery of the animals, but also for the extensive support it provides. In addition to providing the cattle, the Colombian Foundation Ganadera and Fedegán will provide technical support, training and ongoing monitoring for two years. This comprehensive approach is designed to ensure that families implement good animal care and management practices, thereby promoting sustainable management in the short and medium term.
