Mohamed Fadl, a member of the five-year committee responsible for the Egyptian Football Association, temporarily sent several messages through which he spoke about the crisis of Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool with the Football Association, and the Egypt file in hosting the African Champions League and his relationship with Al-Ahly during the current period, in addition to his disagreement with the president of Zamalek Club mortada Mansour.
Fadl made several statements during an interview on the “Ontime Sports 1” screen, and the following is a review of the most prominent statements made by a member of the Five-Year Committee:
Club licenses:
“Al-Ahly, exactly two weeks ago, started sending the papers in order to terminate the licenses, and it is easy for clubs to obtain a professional license.”
“We have a problem facing us in terms of players’ prices. I started laying out solutions through licenses. I have to know the club’s budget, and of course the club must not lose, but the players’ prices are very exaggerated and do not go with the market. This is illogical. What is the source of the money. “
Honoring the stars:
“We started by honoring the veterans of Al-Ahly and Zamalek in the last Super Match, then honoring Abdullah Al-Saeed by entering the list of the Hundred Club, then changing the identity of the federation and the form of the Egyptian Federation, and it will be a tribute to the symbols of the Hundred Club.”
“A passionate people wanted, honoring you in your life. This is important. The football player does not feel this. We started to change the official website of the federation and supported it with documents and the achievement of the Egyptian Football Association throughout its history.”
Hosting the Champions League and Confederation Championships:
“We applied to host the African Champions League and the Confederation Championships, we defended the clubs and accepted unjustified criticism from some people. Our role is to protect the clubs and host any tournament, but we found criticism from some.”
“The second time we try to host, the only country that has offered to host is Egypt, and the rumors about entering other countries such as Tunisia, the Emirates and Qatar are not correct if the Champions League was applied in one country, but we were criticized and our goal was the Egyptian teams, but the Egyptian request was not considered.”
His relationship with Al-Ahly:
“My start was through Al-Ahly club as a youngster, but with a chapter in public work. My relationship with Al-Ahly club is good because it is my home and after my general work I will be among the fans.”
“During my terms, Hossam Ghali and I submitted to resign. Regardless of his administrative work, Hussam Ghali should benefit from because he is one of the strongest cadres in the future.”
Salah’s crisis:
“Mohamed Salah is a great player as he is crowned in the Champions League and the English League, and he is among the three best players in the world.
“It is difficult not to appreciate Salah. I knew his problem, and it was a statement from the commercial point of view. We met in the camp and he had demands and we see them as natural and easy. In the first gathering of the team, Salah will be present with the team and it is an honor for any player to be in the Egyptian team.”
“I contacted Salah earlier in order to honor him, and it will be with the players of the Hundred Club and Egyptian football legends as well.”
His position on the Football Association elections:
“I am assigned to the Football Association and not a national team. I did not determine my future, and entering the Football Association elections is very difficult. I did my job.”
His crisis with Murtaza Mansour:
“The law applies to everyone. The Egyptian Federation is strong. How do I go home after these transgressions?”
“I am a man who possesses legitimacy, and it is not a personal dispute with anyone. Whoever exceeds will be punished. I am the one who filed the first complaint against Murtaza Mansour and Jamal Al-Ghandour had previously filed a complaint because of the rulers, and the second complaint was me.”
“It is possible that there will be a change in the committees during the coming period. None of the old faces will return, and new cadres will appear.”
