Strawberries can be relied upon as a source of quality vitamin C. One cup of strawberries (166 grams) contains 85 mg of vitamin C. This amount meets more than women’s daily needs for vitamin C and 94% of men’s needs.
2. Reduce inflammation
The healthy benefits of eating strawberries also include reducing inflammation or inflammation in the body. Inflammation needs to be avoided because it can trigger a variety of bad things.
