Ade Yasin’s arrest was made a day after the Bogor Regency Regent issued a Circular (SE) prohibiting accepting gratuities for state civil servants (ASN). The KPK confiscated a sum of money suspected of being linked to bribery.

1. Allegedly related to bribery from SKPD
Bogor Regent Ade Yasin is suspected of accepting bribes from one party and then giving bribes to the other party. A trusted source from detikcom at the KPK said that Ade Yasin was suspected of receiving money from several partners who carried out the work of regional work units (SKPD).
“Allegations received from several partners who carry out the work and heads of SKPD within the scope of the Bogor Regency Government,” said the source to detikcom, Wednesday (27/4).
The source said the money that was allegedly received by Ade Yasin was then given to civil servants from the BPK examiner. The money is intended to condition the results of the regional government financial report audit (LKPD) of the Bogor Regency Government for the 2021 fiscal year.
“And then the receipt is given to PNS inspectors of the BPK/representatives to condition the results of the 2021 Fiscal Government LKPD audit,” said the source.
This was also confirmed by the KPK. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that the bribe was used to manage the Bogor Regency Government’s financial reports.
“Regarding the alleged bribery in the management of the findings of the Bogor Regency Government’s financial reports,” Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri told reporters, Wednesday (27/4).
