7 Easy Exercises for Fingers that Boost Brain Performance

1. Captain – excellent

One hand is applied as an imaginary visor to the forehead, the second is pulled forward, while the little finger, ring finger, middle and index finger are clenched into a fist, and the thumb is raised up – as in the gesture “Cool!”

The exercise must be done with both hands at the same time, alternately changing the position:

  • slowly at first

  • then we accelerate for 1-1.5 minutes.

A more difficult option is to clap with both hands in front of the chest before changing the position of the hand.

2. Rings

  • We alternately connect the thumb of the right hand with the index, middle, ring, little fingers,

  • then do the same with the left hand,

  • then both hands simultaneously for 2-3 minutes.

A more complicated option: try simultaneously making multidirectional finger movements with both hands. On the right hand – connect the thumb first with the index finger and further, and on the left – in the reverse order.
