– Roy Kuykx (Lummen, also declared bankrupt in Halen in 2019)
– Safak Construction (Beringen)
– retail Maviva (Sint-Truiden)
– research agency Verwicon (Tessenderlo)
– beauty salon Sophie Melotte (Zonhoven)
– Luza (Hasselt, former brasserie Esartmolen and B&B Elsartwinning in Stevoort)
The first 4 files were placed in the hands of curator Vrancken, the last 3 are for curator Schruers. Claims to be submitted before January 20, 2024.
