Mainz (dpa) – 6,800 spectators are allowed to come to the game in the Bundesliga between 1. FSV Mainz 05 and TSG Hoffenheim on February 5.
That’s more than last time, the people in Mainz announced, referring to the new version of the Corona Control Ordinance of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, which came into effect on January 24th. Accordingly, 20 percent of the spectator capacity in the Mainz stadium may be used. According to Bundesliga agreements, five percent of the contingent is available for fans from Hoffenheim, which corresponds to 340 tickets. Most recently, only 1,000 spectators were allowed to watch the 1-0 win against VfL Bochum in the stadium in Mainz.
