/ world today news/ We present to your attention data from a “Trend” survey commissioned by “24 Chasa”, dedicated to the attitudes of Bulgarians towards the upcoming early parliamentary elections. The survey was conducted between 11 and 18 June 2021 through face-to-face interviews among 1,003 people aged 18+.

Contested battle for fourth place between DPS and Democratic Bulgaria. 48% of Bulgarians say they will vote in the upcoming elections. Nearly a fifth of them have not yet decided who they will vote for.

One month after the start of its activity, the work of the official office was positively assessed by 35% of Bulgarians, while 42% expressed a negative assessment. There is no significant dynamic in positive evaluations of the president (49%), but since the regular parliamentary elections, there has been a decrease in negative evaluations of his work – from 40% in April to 32% in June.
48% of all adult Bulgarians state that they will certainly exercise their right to vote in the upcoming early parliamentary elections, while 30% are still hesitating whether to vote. Just over a fifth (22%) declare that they will not vote.
Among those who said they will vote in the upcoming early parliamentary elections, 81% have firmly decided who they will vote for, while 19% are still undecided.
The snapshot of electoral attitudes among voters indicates that GERB-SDS retained first place with 21.7%, despite a distinct erosion of several percentage points compared to the regular parliamentary elections in April. At “There is such a people” we register a slight growth as the result reaches them 20.2%. The Socialists remain firmly in third position with 16.1%, within striking distance of both second and fourth. The fourth position is unpredictable, because of the particularly close results of Democratic Bulgaria (11.2%) and DPS (10.9%). We are obliged to specify that the surveys are conducted only on the territory of Bulgaria and the mobilization from abroad will probably be a decisive factor for the fourth place in the upcoming elections. The formation around Maya Manolova gains 5% of the voters, and Bulgarian Patriots remain very close to the parliamentary barrier with 3.9%. With the best results, but still below the 4% threshold, “Vazrazhdane” (2.3%), Bulgarian Summer (1.9%) and the Left Union for a Pure and Holy Republic (1.1%) remain.
