600 people have been detained in Berlin in protest of Covid-19 restrictions

Thousands of people took part in an unauthorized demonstration in Berlin on Sunday, August 1 against the restrictions imposed on Covid-19, and clashes with police during the protests and detained about 600 demonstrators.

Police estimate that about 5,000 people took part in the demonstration. They gathered Berlin In the Charlottenburg district and walked through Türkarten Park to the Brandenburg Gate.
