The spread of the Coronavirus is rising to record levels in many regions of the country, and those with chronic diseases are at risk of severe infection with the virus, but everyone has the ability to stop its spread, so it only takes some simple measures that are constantly implemented to stop this spread.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in its recommendations, the “eatthis” site provided a list of a number of personal tips and habits to protect against the Corona virus and help stop its spread.
Wearing a muzzle
The CDC says that everyone should wear masks in public and when around people who do not live in the same household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
Practice social distancing
Research states that people who do not have symptoms can spread the Corona virus, so the CDC recommends keeping a distance of 6 feet between people each other, and if anyone is sick, it should be kept 6 feet away from it.
Avoid gatherings
The CDC says that being in gathering places such as restaurants, fitness centers or cinemas exposes a greater risk of contracting Corona.
cleaning hands
The center recommends washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, and if the person is not close to soap and water, a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol can be used.
Cover the nose when coughing and sneezing
Always cough or sneeze into a tissue, or cover your nose and mouth with the inside of your elbow, and then wash your hands thoroughly or use hand sanitizer immediately afterwards.
Surface cleaning
The CDC recommends cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces every day, explaining: “This includes tables, door handles, light switches, work surfaces, knobs, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.”
