Recently, a six-month-old baby died while watching a football club game. A husband and wife from Tegal, FJ (38) and RA (37) brought their baby by motorbike from Tegal to Surabaya.
On the way, FJ said that he had taken three breaks until he finally arrived in Surabaya on Sunday (1/8) at 07:10 WIB, having previously departed from Tegal, Saturday (31/7). FJ admitted that he chose to ride a motorbike because it was considered more economical.
“In Kudus it is still healthy. Even some of the riders say hello. Funny, yes, their children. They also asked where they were going, I said I wanted to see the ball in Surabaya,” said FJ, to detikJatimquoted Sunday (7/8).

Arriving at the Surabaya inn, the mother gave breast milk, then bathed. In the process of being bathed, the baby, called FJ, did not want to return to breastfeeding. Suddenly the baby also has symptoms of cough with phlegm.
Unfortunately, the baby did not survive after being rushed to the hospital even though he had received treatment. The doctor said the baby was no longer breathing, so he was helped to use a breathing apparatus.
“At around 15:10 WIB I was called, he said my son’s heart was not beating. Then he was assisted again with a device to make his heart beat,” said FJ.
“After being told the chronology of my child’s treatment, then the doctor said that my child could not be helped,” said FJ.
The couple regretted bringing the baby to watch their favorite football club, ending in sorrow.
