The Migraine Research Foundation says these foods and drinks can trigger migraines when combined with other triggers. Migraine episodes can be painful and life-destructive.
However, some lifestyle and habit changes can help prevent it. This prevention can be done as eating regularly, limiting caffeine intake, reducing stress to get enough sleep.
Below is a list of migraine-triggering foods and drinks that need to be avoided, reported by Health Line, Wednesday (4/1/2023).

1. Salty food
Salty foods, especially salty processed foods that may contain harmful preservatives, can trigger migraines in some people. Consuming high levels of sodium can raise blood pressure, causing headaches or migraine attacks.
2. Frozen foods
Consuming frozen foods and drinks such as ice cream or slushies can trigger severe pain in the head. You are most likely to have a migraine attack if you eat cold foods quickly, after exercise or when you are hot.
