SUMEDANG, iNews.id – Deadly accident Padma Kencana bus nopol T 7951 TB which entered the abyss at Cae climbs Kawung Luwuk, Wado District, Sumedang, West Java, Wednesday (10/3/2021) night resulted in dozens of deaths. 1. Bus Takes a Study Tour Group of IT Al Muawanah Middle School

The Padma Kencana bus carried a study tour group and pilgrims who were students of SMP IT Al Muawanah, Cisalak Subang and their parents. Unfortunately, the bus with the police number T 7951 TB fell into a ravine on its left side with the tires facing up on Tanjakan Cae.

2. Blong brakes

One of the dead bus survivors revealed the seconds before the bus in which he was traveling plunged into a ravine.

The victim, named Hafid Alfariz, revealed that before the bus fell into a ravine, the bus brakes failed.

Hafid, who claimed to be sitting in the back row of seats, admitted he was shocked when he found out that the bus brakes he was traveling on had failed.

“I was shocked, the brakes failed,” said Hafid while undergoing medical treatment at the Wado Community Health Center.

3. Location of the Long Downing Road

The crash site was a long downhill road with the shoulder adjacent to the cliff. The bus was mired upside down in a damaged condition.
