The ambulance facility sent a number of cars to evacuate the injured in a collision on Al-Wahat road to nearby hospitals, on Friday.
The first images showed the smashing of the affected cars as a result of the accident, amid the deployment of policemen and the Traffic Department to spare the effects of the accident on the road and direct traffic to normal.
The beginning dates back to the director of the October Sector receiving a signal from the Rescue Police Department that a collision had occurred and there were victims among the dead and injured on the aforementioned road.
The security and traffic services moved to the place of the communication, and it was found that a microbus collided with another “double cabin” near a gas station, about 20 kilometers away, killing 6 people and injuring 17 others.
The injured were transferred to October Central Hospital and Sheikh Zayed Specialist Hospital, and the necessary report was issued regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution was notified.
