According to a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), a person’s body is only able to digest 200 mg of vitamin C per day.
More than that, vitamin C will not be absorbed alias is not useful for body cells. In fact, humans are only able to process 120-200 mg of vitamin C every day.
It is important for everyone to avoid taking more than 1000 mg of vitamin C per day. If it continues, the following impacts have the potential to occur.
