During the months of January-April 2023, 58,800 pensions, allowances and scholarships were determined proactively through the electronic system. According to the information provided by the Ministry to SIA, 12.8 thousand pensions, 46 thousand allowances and scholarships were assigned. Starting from the beginning of 2019, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has electronicized the assignment of pensions, and later allowances and scholarships. Those e-appointment systems enables citizens to automatically make appropriate appointments through the e-system without applying or submitting a document in case the rights of citizens to social security arise.
