Russia has used Su-57 aircraft for attacks on Ukraine before, but the Russians are trying to protect them from being shot down. This was said by the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ilya Yevlash, on the air of the telethon.
It was from this plane that missiles were launched over Ukraine yesterday. “The Russians have used the Su-57 aircraft before, but they are trying to keep it at a long distance,” Yevlash noted. According to him, the enemy understands that he can be hit by Ukrainian air defense. “They understand that this is a rather expensive rattle and they take great care of it. It is an expensive and kind of toy for them,” said the Air Force spokesman.
These planes can carry Kh-69 missiles, which were probably used to destroy the most powerful power plant in Kyiv Region – Trypil TPP.

On April 25, an alarm was announced because a Su-57 aircraft carrying guided air missiles was spotted over the Black Sea. The spokesman of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Ilya Yevlash, said that the launches took place, but the missile did not reach the target. According to him, the rocket passed through Mykolayivska and reached the Kirovohrad region, and after that changed its course in the direction of Kryvyi Rih and “did not reach the target.”
Military expert, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Petro Chernyk believes that the Kh-69 missiles are “serious weapons that should not be underestimated.” It is “sharpened” under the latest Russian SU-57 avionics system. According to him, the Russians have only 11 such machines in service.
On April 11, Defense Express, citing its own sources, reported that the Russian occupiers used their new Kh-69 cruise missiles, which allowed them to completely destroy the most powerful power plant – the Trypil TPP.
