Zhejiang DailyOn February 17, the reporter learned from the Provincial Public Security Department that public security organs at all levels in the province did their best to maintain security, stability, and epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival holiday, effectively maintaining the overall stability of social security in the province. According to statistics from the Provincial Public Security Department, during the Spring Festival holiday, the province’s public security organs invested a total of 569,000 police personnel and mobilized 291,000 people to organize mass defense and governance. The major scenic spots are in good order.
It is understood that the public security organs of our province organized and carried out the “Qinglei 2021” No. 1 centralized inventory operation before the Spring Festival, eliminating 17,000 various contradictions and potential safety hazards. During the Spring Festival holiday, public security organs at all levels in the province strictly implemented mechanisms such as on-duty preparation and “top leader” on duty, and insisted on strict control and prevention to ensure public safety. The province’s public security organs focused on strengthening the crackdown on prominent illegal crimes such as pornography, gambling, gun explosions, telecommunications network fraud, food and medicine and environmental knowledge, and concentrated superior police forces to quickly detect and solve the impact in a timely manner. At the same time, it has strengthened road traffic safety management, and severely cracked down on prominent illegal and criminal acts such as drunk driving, drunk driving, and “three supers and one fatigue”. According to statistics, a total of 180,000 traffic violations were investigated and dealt with in the province during the Spring Festival holiday. In addition, the Food, Medicine and Environmental Knowledge Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department also deployed the “Jianfeng No. 2” operation to protect the safety of people’s tables in the province.
