Jakarta

Congolese Health Minister Samuel-Roger Kamba said that since the beginning of 2024, 548 people have died as a result of an outbreak of monkey pox or Mpox. The virus hit every region in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

“According to the latest epidemiological report, our country has registered 15,664 possible cases and 548 deaths since the beginning of the year,” said Samuel, who was quoted as saying. detikHealth from NDTV.
