5,400 euros for a First Class plane ticket, this passenger is not angry

A man who booked a First Class ticket on an Air India flight has revealed he paid more than €5,400. If the price is not incredible, it is the quality of the services offered that leaves something to be desired.

Flying in Business or First Class on an airplane has a certain prestige, but it also has a cost. An entrepreneur recently revealed that he had paid $6,000, a little more than 5 400 eurosfor a First Class ticket precisely. Nothing shocking in itself, but his trip turned into a nightmare, explains the New York Post. This man told his story himself on TikTok, a video already seen more than 2.7 million times.

He had originally booked this ticket to reach New Delhi from Chicago. Eleven hours of non-stop flight aboard Air India whose services were far from meeting his expectations. In his sequence which he entitled “the worst plane I have ever seen”the contractor lists everything that is wrong: a torn seat, molda towel supposed to be warm which was cold, headphones and an electrical outlet sales or even broken elements

No Wi-Fi or entertainment system

The man did not evade the food quality served, very “promising” on the menu, but far from up to par. In fact, a third of the menu was not available despite the fact that only four passengers were traveling in First Class, and above all a very disappointing taste quality. But that’s not all. The entertainment system, as outdated as it was dirty, did not work even though crew members reset it four or five times. There was also no Wi-Fi.

A real “nightmare” for the traveler who confessed to having taken with him the “gifts” First Class, including pajamas, as a consolation prize. “Air India is real trash”commented a user under his publication.

According to our colleagues, after seeing the video, Air India decided to repay in full. “I have not made a complaint to Air India, but they saw this video on social media. They called me today and refunded my entire flight, they made it okay and that’s important to note.”he wrote. Will he fly again on Air India?
