515 are newly infected with COVID-19, almost a third less than yesterday





The number of newly infected with COVID-19 on Sunday is only 515 people, which is almost a third less than yesterday, when there were 1388, the national information portal recently announced.

5423 tests were performed, ie. the percentage of new coronavirus patients detected fell to 9.49% of those tested.

The number of newly admitted patients with coronavirus infection in hospitals yesterday was 77. There are 413 patients in intensive care units across the country.

The number of those cured in the last 24 hours is higher than the number of newly infected – 868 people. 21 people died in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number to 35,832 since the beginning of the pandemic.
