A 51-year-old was attacked and injured with a knife in Hamburg-Horn. As the police announced on Sunday, there had already been an argument between the man and a 26-year-old on Saturday night. This is said to have stabbed the 51-year-old at least twice in the back with a knife. The man was later taken to a hospital, but according to the police there is no danger to his life.
The injured himself and relatives were able to detain the 26-year-old at the scene. Police officers who were called up arrested him as a suspect and also found the alleged weapon. The murder commission of the State Criminal Police Office is now investigating an attempted homicide. The police were initially unable to provide any information about the background to the crime.
