Commemorating the 50 years of the National Folklore Ensemble, the first representative group of Peru, various generations of artists gather at the Grand National Theater to present fragments of the repertoire of dances, music and performances that they spread in Peru and the world. With this work, we seek to revalue and recreate the historical memory of the National Folklore Ensemble, its valuable artistic legacy and its significance for the development of the culture and identity of our country. Likewise, in the context of the work, part of the choreographic work proposed by the artistic directors will be presented, from its founder, the teacher Victoria Santa Cruz, to the present, to show the expressions that marked the cultural scene in each era.
The concert takes place in the main hall of the Grand National Theater Recommended minimum entry age: 5 years. Only a maximum of 2 tickets can be reserved per user. The entrance time to the theater will be from 6:30 pm Reservations will be released 10 minutes before the show starts. The room staff will be responsible for your location according to the order of arrival. Seat reservations are not permitted. Once the performance has started, entry to the theater will not be allowed. This is how we respect the experience of others. Capacity limited to 818 seats.
