The 506th day of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun.
Tonight, the enemy again attacked the territory of Ukraine, using Iranian strike UAVs of the Shahed type. Information about the consequences of this attack is being specified.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian invaders launched a missile and air strike on the territory of Ukraine, using 2 Caliber cruise missiles, 1 Iskander-M ballistic missile and 20 Shahed Iranian strike UAVs. As a result of the successful combat work of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, 2 Kalibr cruise missiles and 20 attack drones were destroyed. The enemy also inflicted 52 air strikes and made about 50 attacks from the MLRS on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements. Civilians suffered, including children, residential buildings and other civil and administrative infrastructure were destroyed.

The enemy continues to concentrate his main efforts on the Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions, heavy battles continue. During the day, there were about 30 combat clashes.

On the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions the enemy launched an air strike in the Veterinary Kharkiv region. He carried out mortar and artillery attacks on more than 15 settlements: Stone, Chernihiv region; Pokrovka, Ryasnoe, Bolshaya Pisarevka, Sumy region and Muravske, Oleinikovo, Reznikovo, Bologovka, Kharkov region.
On the Kupyansky direction Ukrainian soldiers are holding the line. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Kislovka and Kotlyarovka. Stroevka, Krasnoe Pervoe, Novomlynsk, Dvurechnaya, Zapadnoye, Kupyansk of the Kharkov region were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling of the enemy.
On the Liman direction the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations east of the Neva Luhansk region and east of Terny in the Donetsk region. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of Nevsky and Belogorovka in the Luhansk region and the Disputed Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements were subjected to artillery shelling: Nevskoe, Belogorovka in the Luhansk region, as well as Torskoe, Verkhnekamennoe, Disputed and Razdolevka in the Donetsk region.
On the Bakhmut direction Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled all enemy attacks in the Berkhovka area. More than 15 settlements suffered from artillery shelling, in particular, Vasyukovka, Chasov Yar, Aleksandro-Shultin, Dilievka and Northern Donetsk region.
On the Avdeevsky direction Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled the attacks of Russian troops in the Pervomaisky area. The enemy launched an air strike near Avdiivka, and also carried out artillery shelling of more than 10 settlements, in particular, Berdichi, Stepnoe and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
On the Maryinsky direction The defense forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the area of Marinka. The enemy shelled more than 10 settlements, including Krasnogorovka, Maryinka and Georgievka in the Donetsk region.
In the Mining area the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Novomikhailovka area. He launched an air strike near Makarovka and carried out shelling of the settlements of Paraskoveevka, Novomikhailovka, Novoukrainka, Storozhevo, Blagodatnoe and Makarovka in the Donetsk region.
On Zaporozhye and Kherson directions the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing the further advance of Ukrainian troops. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Priyutnoye, Rovnopol, Malaya Tokmachka, Orekhov, Malokaterinovka of the Zaporozhye region and Kozatskoye of the Kherson region. He carried out artillery shelling of more than 20 settlements, among them – Novodarovka, Malinovka, Gulyaipole, Zheleznodorozhnoye, Belogorye, Orekhov, Zaporozhye region; Zolotaya Balka, Mikhailovka, Antonovka, Chernobaevka, Kizomis of the Kherson region and Kherson. The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, consolidate on the achieved lines, inflict fire damage with artillery on identified enemy targets, and carry out counter-battery measures.

Over the past 24 hours, the aviation of the defense forces inflicted 8 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and 2 – on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.
Missile troops and artillery units hit the area of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, 2 ammunition trains, 10 artillery weapons in firing positions, 3 air defense weapons, a counter-battery warfare radar station, an electronic warfare station and another important target.
