SERAMBINEWS.COM – The government will provide social assistance in the form of cash amounting to IDR 500 thousand per family.
The Rp. 500 thousand social assistance will begin to be disbursed in September 2020.
This social assistance is still related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The terms and methods for obtaining social assistance in the form of IDR 500 thousand cash are very easy.
As many as 9 million families are planned to receive social assistance soon.
One of the conditions for these social assistance recipients is those who belong to the beneficiary family (KPM).
“As many as 9 million KPM from the non-PKH Staple Food Program received additional assistance of Rp. 500 thousand with a total budget of Rp 4.5 trillion,” said Director General of PFM of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Asep Sasa Purnama, as quoted on the Ministry of Social Affairs website, kemsos.go.id, Wednesday (2/9/2020).
Cash assistance is only given once.
The disbursement starts this September.
Social Minister Juliari P Batubara, asked that the use of additional assistance be used wisely.
