The PC Bonus allows you to get up to 500 euros to purchase an electronic device or a fast internet connection. Let’s find out who can request it and what procedure to follow.
Before the start of the new school year or to improve smartworking performance, it is advisable to take advantage of one interesting measure that the Government continues to offer. By requesting the PC Bonus they can be obtained up to 500 euros to spend on the purchase of a new computer or tablet or for the signing of a broadband contract. There are 225 operators who have applied for accreditation to the measure of which 169 already have completed the affiliation process incentive. We mention Tim, Fastweb, Tiscali, Vodafone and WindTre.
What does the pc Bonus consist of?
The incentive is aimed at families who have ISEE less than 20 thousand euros. The amount varies from 200 to 500 euros depending on the ISEE income and the intended use of the money. Specifically, the beneficiaries will be able to obtain up to 200 euros for the signing of an ultra-broadband contract. We are talking about an internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 megabits per second. Applicants will then be able to obtain up to 300 euros to proceed with the purchase of a new pc or a tablet.
Beneficiaries of the bonus are not only families but also schools and businesses. In this case the amounts change range. For the connection of companies it is possible to obtain from 500 to 2 thousand euros while an allocation of 400 million euros. The money allocated to families, on the other hand, is 200 million euros.

How to apply for the benefit
Circa 50% of the funds have already been spent. Another half remains which can be paid by the end of October. It is therefore good to understand how to request the measure. As for the connection you can contact directly to the operator accredited with which you want to activate the offer. We remind you that to access the facility it will be necessary to activate a contract with better connection speed than the one you already have.
To get the discount for the purchase of the PC or tablet, you must first proceed with the subscription of the new connection. It is therefore not possible to ask only for the voucher to buy a computer or another electronic device. Only after signing up for the new broadband will you be able to ask the operator directly to complete the use of the voucher.
