There are over 500 Bulgarians owning properties in Dubai. Some have settled there to live, others only go there for a few months in winter, others rent them out.
It’s all about the best financiers. This was announced by Vesela Ilieva, who is managing partner in a luxury real estate company.
According to her, there are also many entrepreneurs who buy houses in Dubai for resale, writes the Telegraph.
In Dubai, the practice of selling new properties is to announce them on a certain day and time even before the building is constructed, Ilieva explained.
Prices are around 200,000 euros. The houses are then bought within a few hours. If we want to make a profit on the property, we resell it after paying only 30%. Thus, we generate a profit at most 8 months later, the amount of which is about 20-30 percent.
Ilieva pointed out that investors sell the properties directly and immediately without changing the price.
The expert also stressed that apartments in Dubai are not bought with loans, but are paid to the investor in installments.
To settle down and live in Dubai, we’ll need less than half a million euros, or how much a luxury property costs in Sofia. The apartment there costs 200,000 euros.
The price for a special visa with which we can settle down and start a business is the same. Ilieva said that every complex in Dubai is on the first line, and those that aren’t are being built on the first line.
